On-Line Six Sigma training and certification using the D-M-A-I-C methodology. Course content is deliered in a multi-media format, with audio, audio slide shows, simulations, and interactive practice exercises. Greenbelt training focuses on the fundamentals of data collection and analysis, and includes an overview of Design of Experiments. Similar to the Black Belt course, numerous case studies and examples focus on Service, Business Process, and Manufacturing applications. Selected Lean Manufacturing and System Dynamics concepts are integrated with Six Sigma in this course. This is a full Green Belt course, with all content available online in an asynchronous format.
