Lean Concepts and Tools
Training
Intensive curriculum in the tools, strategies, and tactics of Lean. Introduces the fundamental concepts as well as technical assessment and readiness assessment tools. Covers the Lean ideal, eliminating waste, value stream analysis, Lean time reduction, customer requirements, creating flow, Kanban, reliable processes, and implementation. (3 to 5 weeks)
Lean Master Training
Develops Lean experts through a curriculum rich in Lean technical skills, leadership and influencing skills, and project management tools. Provides the depth needed to be successful leaders of Kaizen events with their immediate financial payback. (1 week)
