INNOVATION Our experience with Business Transformation goes back over 75 years. In groundbreaking work, we pioneered many of the tools critical to the Lean, Agile Enterprise, Lean Six Sigma and Business Transformation methodologies. In the 1970's, Rath & Strong's Dorian Shainin played an integral part in developing Agile and Six Sigma at Motorola. Later, in the 1980's, Rath & Strong helped bring Lean from Japan, pioneering the integration of what is now commonly referred to as Lean Six Sigma. Rath & Strong has become a pioneer of Business Transformation implementation and developing End-to-End Enterprise-wide solutions.
