| Rath & Strong's Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Public Course (Leeds, UK) Ongoing: September - December 2008 Our integrated Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program has been delivered in many of the leading companies world wide, resulting in thousands of successful business projects over the last decade. In this Green Belt program you will learn how the Rath & Strong program uses the DMAIC methodology, working with the key Lean & Six Sigma tools, to deliver outstanding customer & business benefits. Each attendee will be coached to apply their learning in an improvement project from their own business. The venue will be the Kodak GCG training centre in Leeds, where there will be the opportunity to find out how Kodak have implemented projects which have made this site the benchmark Lean and Six Sigma site both in manufacturing and service. Delivered in 4 events of 3 days with integrated project coaching. Week 1: 16-18th Sept – Define/Measure Week 2: 21-23rd Oct – Measure/Analyse Week 3: 19-21st Nov – Analyse/Improve Week 4: 16-18th Dec – Improve/Control Green Belt certification presented by Rath & Strong will be achieved on the completion of a LSS business project and the passing of the Green Belt LSS Exam.
